Important - New Prescription System
We have changed our prescription system. If you have registered with the new system, EMIS PatientAccess then please click below to order your prescription .
IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Following the merger with Clanricarde Medical Group When our systems merge you will need to take further action after 28 November 2016 to continue using this Patient Access. All patients will need to contact the surgery to re-register and collect new log in details. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause. If you require repeat medication towards the end on November or the beginning of December please request an additional repeat script at the same time, we will honour this during the change over period to give you more time to re-register for Patient Access.
Please note this service will not be available from Wednesday 23 November 2016 until you have re-registered for Patient Access

Repeat requests for patients on regular medication should be made in writing by ticking the required items on the previously supplied prescription counterfoil.
Requests can be posted to us, put through the letter box ,left in the wooden box in reception, faxed or requested via patient access to us direct from our website via the above link.
We regret that we cannot accept requests by telephone.
Please indicate if you wish the prescription to be collected by a named pharmacy ( Boots, Carrs, Imperial, Sainsbury's, Paydens) or posted to you ( please include a S.A.E.)
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Your prescription will NORMALLY BE READY WITHIN 48 HOURS. Please remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
