Named Accountable GP
In 2014/15 all patients aged 75 and over were allocated a named accountable GP.
By June 2015 all patients (including children) will be allocated a named, accountable GP. The named accountable GP's role will be to take responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services required for their patients based on the clinical judgment of the named accountable GP.
If you wish to know who is your named accountable GP, please contact the surgery.
You are still able to book appointments with any GP of your choice. However, if you have a preference for a particular GP to be your named GP, we will try and accommodate this where possible.
Treat yourself better with Pharmacist Advice, a new winter campaign which encourages people to treat winter ailments themselves and seek advice from the pharmacist to help reduce unnecessary visits to the GP and A&E.
It is supported by a number of professional organisations including NHS England and Department of Health.

Please register at the surgery for Patient Access for on-line facilities
For some time patients have been able to book appointments with the doctors and order their repeat prescriptions on-line. From 1st April 2016 patients are able to access their on line medical record which will include information relating to blood tests results and consultations.
If you are interested in this service please let us know and we will explain the process and what you need to do. Patients do need to be verified to access this service and it will ususally require a discussion with your GP, usually during a consultation.
If you are not currently signed up for online services and would like to do so , again please speak to a receptionist who will provide you with the information needed to do this.
