All patients are seen by appointment, which are normally 10 minutes in length, and are for one person only.
You may express a preference to receive services, either generally or in relation to a specific condition, from any of the Doctors or Practice Nurses. Such expression of preference must be made in advance of the relevant appointment(s). However, this may be dependant upon availability of appointment, the nature of the condition, or the urgency of the problem, in which case, you may be asked to see an alternative Doctor or Practice Nurse.
If your condition is such that it cannot wait until your next routine appointment, please tell the receptionist that you wish to be seen that day and explain a brief reason to pass to the doctor if you feel comfortable to do so. You will probably be asked to attend at the beginning or end of a surgery and be seen by the duty doctor, which may involve a short wait.
